Post Office Pub entrance

THE POST OFFICE PUB had its beginnings in March 1979, and has been a popular gathering place ever since. Centrally located off Route 140 in North Grafton, Massachusetts, this hotspot combines the warmth and coziness of a full service restaurant with a spacious, wide open and comfortable bar/lounge. Our authentic American pub, bar and sports lounge serves all the great comfort food you would want in a pub style restaurant with a relaxed, fun atmosphere. A collection from many generations of U.S. post office memorabilia decorates the pub, including antique mail trucks and mail bags to postal buckles, badges and stamps.

As the pub's reputation for great food, service and atmosphere grew, so did the demand to accommodate more guests. In 1984, a beautiful sunroom was added which is used for dining, private and semi-private functions and can provide comfortable seating for up to 85 guests. In the years that followed, other expansions took place, including our lounge and a beautiful room built of post and beam with a cathedral ceiling, which offers a wide-open feeling and a lot of comfortable space for guests. The 35 seat square bar creates an atmosphere perfect for socializing, while our lounge can accommodates another 64 guests for table dining.

In 2013 our beautiful outdoor patio was transformed into the gorgeous Green Parrot, an authentic tiki bar complete with a waterfall, tiki totems and thematic décor to transport guests to their favorite island getaways. The Green Parrot TIKI bar is available for private events as well.
